Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my Outlook calendar link?
In Outlook on the web, open Settings, then Calendar, then Shared calendars, then Publish a calendar. Choose your calendar, pick how much detail to share, click Publish and copy the link that ends in .ics. Our step-by-step directions show each click.
Does EventFerry need my Outlook or Microsoft password?
No. It reads the private calendar link that Outlook publishes. It never signs in to your Microsoft account.
How often does the sync run?
Every 15 minutes, and straight away when you connect. You can also press Sync now at any time.
Will it change or delete my existing Google events?
No. EventFerry creates a separate Google calendar and only manages events inside it. Your own calendars are not touched.
Does it sync from Google back to Outlook?
No. Sync is one way, from Outlook to Google, so Outlook stays the source of truth.
Do I need to install anything?
No. EventFerry is a web application that works in any modern browser, so it suits computers where you cannot install software.
What if my organization blocks calendar publishing?
EventFerry needs the ICS link that Outlook publishes. If your administrator has disabled publishing, ask your IT team whether they can enable it for your calendar.
What happens if my Outlook link changes or Google access expires?
The dashboard tells you exactly what happened and shows one button to fix it, either Replace Outlook link or Reconnect Google.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free and can cancel before they end without being charged. The trial can be used once per person.
How much does it cost?
EventFerry is $5 a month, or $50 a year, which is two months free. Both start with a 14-day free trial.
How do I cancel?
Use Manage billing in your dashboard. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription automatically.
What data do you keep, and how do I delete it?
EventFerry keeps your account details, plan status, and your encrypted Outlook link and Google access. Deleting your account removes the calendar EventFerry created, revokes Google access and deletes your data, except one-way fingerprints used to prevent repeated free trials, kept for up to two years.
