EventFerry support

Get help connecting Outlook and Google Calendar, resolving a synchronization problem, or managing your EventFerry account.

Contact support

Email support@eventferry.app. Include the error shown in EventFerry and the approximate time it occurred. Never email your private Outlook ICS link, Google authorization token, password, or calendar event details.

Set up EventFerry

  1. Sign in to EventFerry and start the free trial.
  2. Publish your Outlook calendar and copy its private ICS link.
  3. Paste the link into EventFerry, then connect Google Calendar.
  4. EventFerry creates a dedicated Google calendar and begins copying events. It checks for changes every 15 minutes; use Sync now when a change cannot wait.

Resolve a connection or sync problem

Google Calendar access

EventFerry requests the limited Google Calendar permission that lets it create and manage calendars it created. It cannot read or alter your existing personal calendars. If Google access expires or is revoked, the dashboard asks you to reconnect.

You can revoke access from your Google Account at any time. Deleting your EventFerry account also removes the Google calendar EventFerry created, revokes Google access, stops synchronization, and deletes your stored connection data as described in the privacy policy.

Plans, cancellation, and account deletion

See current plans on the pricing page. Use the billing controls in the EventFerry dashboard to manage a subscription. To permanently remove the account, choose Delete my account in the dashboard and follow the confirmation instructions.

Before contacting support

Check the EventFerry dashboard for the latest sync status and try Sync now once. If the problem remains, tell us whether the event appears in Outlook on the web, whether all events or only one event are affected, and the approximate time of your last attempt. Do not send private calendar data.
